What we didn’t know as that were are motorcycle attorneys. They specialize in motorcycle law and accidents and apparently set up individual practices. I thought it was necessary to go to see a specialist because of the conditions of the accident. We were wondering about liability coverage. We had no idea of we would be covered with the problems we were incurring. I went to talk to my boss and he thought the same thing. There would be no sense in not consulting a specialist, especially because we were going to have a fleet of these things, and we needed to know what we were getting into. I went online to look first, and found a bunch of names. I didn’t know how to narrow it down, besides just calling and talking to them. Our lawyer didn’t really have any thing to offer besides just checking to see if they were in the bar association and had no ethical strikes against them. This seemed reasonable. I called the first two and got voicemail. The third one answered the phone herself and we talked for a few minutes. She would come out to see us. This was good, as she was way across the city and I didn’t have time to take off.
